How do I proceed in engaging with your services?

Make an appointment at a time suitable to you for a home visit or to the property you wish to be cleaned. The assessment appointment will last approximately 15-20 minutes.

How does it work?

Our cleaners work in teams of two and bring all of their own equipment and quality cleaning products.

Does the service continue if my cleaners go on holiday?

Yes, if you require it. We can continue our cleaning service throughout the year if required.

What happens if my cleaners are unable to attend?

We will endeavour to find you replacement cleaners. We have cleaning teams who can cover other teams. It may not your regular slot but we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

What cleaning services are available and costs?

• Weekly cleaning – £15/hour

• Fortnightly cleaning – £16/hour

• Deep cleaning – £16/hour

• After party clean £17 /hour

• After builders clean £17/hour

• One off cleaning from £60

• Office cleaning from £65

• Oven cleaning £65 for single oven

• Fridge / freezer cleaning from £65

• Carpet cleaning £30 single room

• Gardening £20 /hour

Can I specify the day my cleaner comes?

Yes, you can select any time and any day.

How do you recruit your cleaners?

The majority of our cleaners come via word of mouth. All potential cleaners are interviewed in their own homes and references obtained and followed up prior to any allocation of work. Only when we are 100% satisfied the cleaners are engaged and trained with our company.

Are your cleaners insured?

All our cleaners are covered for public liability and personal injury. Our cleaners are insured to cover any housework you require in your home. Please be aware that we are not insured for any work required outside of the home.

What kind of service do you offer?

Cristal Cleaning Services offers the same cleaners to come to your home on a weekly basis to undertake cleaning services.

If I encounter a problem or am unsatisfied with the service what should I do?
